When we undertake to process and transfer your films, slides or tapes to a digitally recordable medium like DVD, the current condition of the original medium’s contents is all that can be recovered at best. Effects of age, abuse and environmental conditions may have taken its toll on the medium, in which case we can only recover what exists or at best what is useable. One cannot create what isn’t there.
In many instances one can only recover the remaining quality that exists. There can be some perceived or actual improvements possible, in which case we will undertake them at no charge if it is simple to do or at an additional cost if more complex.
Equally, if you have problems with your DVD’s, we will make every attempt to resolve them. Simply call or send us your DVD’s with a note explaining the problem.
