Goods in Possession
Despite the best possible methods and materials used to safeguard your videotapes, films and slides, accidents and errors are still possible. The submission of any film, videotape or other media to us for processing or any other handling, constitutes an agreement by you that if such film, videotape or other media is damaged, lost or mishandled by our company or any affiliated company, agents or employees, even though due to the fault of any of the foregoing, or if unauthorized access to our facilities is gained by any third party, our liability will be limited, at our option, to a full refund of any monies paid by you to us. The foregoing will be your exclusive remedy for any such loss, damage, or mishandling.
Should you be unhappy with your completed order for whatever reason and we cannot mutually resolve your dissatisfaction, we will return your money (less and shipping and any taxes paid), minus a 25% cancellation fee. You must return all of the products you originally purchased and assure us in writing that no copies of the transfer have been made in any way, to qualify for this refund. Return postage or any shipping charges, which affect your return, are your responsibility.
Services rendered policy
The policy of expected payment for services rendered is in effect and in force when any work HomeDVD does on behalf of its customers\clients regardless of claims of non existence to our services rendered policy – “I didn’t know about this policy”. Non awareness of this policy does not constitute a way to escape responsibility of payment and other expected obligations to complete our mutually agreed contract. This policy are in effect automatically once agreement between HomeDVD and “the client” regarding the service request occurs – ie: goods are left for transfer, customer agrees to delivery date and signs off on either verbal terms of agreed service or email service confirmation. The policy is not in effect if work has not begun and the customer changes their minds before work begins.
