The HomeDVD web site was well laid-out and easy to navigate. I was easily able to find all of the info I was looking for. Excellent website – maybe put your bios on it – at first I was a little suspicious (person walking from home). It would give credibility to explain that it’s a home office on website, with your pictures/bios. Best website in Ottawa – only people who answered phone, took the time to explain process, and sounded like they knew what they were talking about.

I am really pleased with the results, the attractive packaging and the reasonable cost! The memories of our kids when they were young were on an old VHS tape.
