True High Definition film transfer services now available.

Taking frame by frame telecine to the next level

True high resolution film to video imaging yielding 2 mega pixels per film frame, in uncompressed graphics file output like TIF or raw BAYER in either 8 or 12 bit per pixel depth for exceptional dynamic range and image clarity.  Rich colors, deep blacks, high resolving image detail that only uncompressed formats can offer.  We do not use consumer based HD camcorders with smaller sensors, limiting optics and HDMI based data ports that precompress the video data.  We use professional CCD imagers that are highly programmable under computer control with custom attached high resolution lenses, that combined, output uncompressed RGB pixel data for maximum resolution and processing flexibility.

If requested, digitized film frames will be color and density corrected to offer up the maximum film contrast and image detail as originally recorded.  The entire imaging process chain remains uncompressed until the mastering and Blu ray authoring cycle to ensure no induced compression artifacts are introduced in the final output.

Several pre-discounted transfer bundles are available to make your high definition film conversion experience as simple and cost effective as possible.

For custom HD film transfer we also offer many discrete telecine related options that can be assembled to meet your special editing or archival requirements.
